Learn More About Pelotonics Financial Services

Doug Heckinger
Cofounder
I learned about the French word "peloton" (the pack of riders in a bike race like the Tour de France) as a kid, working in my dad's bike shop in Palo Alto. California. I entered financial services not long after I came to North Carolina in the 1980s.
I noticed that most small and mid-sized employers were not aware of the cost control strategies available to them.
I saw an opportunity for a better approach that gave employers more control of how their healthcare dollars are spent, and still save 30-50% month by month.
I am a team player and work well with other advisors such as business coaches, financial planners, P & C agents, accountants, and HR specialists.
To win a race is a true team effort. Let's get started.

David Boliek
Cofounder
Dave was always the sort of sales professional that cared more about what the company could do for the customer than what the customer could do for the company.
It was that way when he ran a JC Penney's in his home state of Virginia, when he designed a series of hospital intake forms for his printing business, and when he sold life insurance and noticed that there was a need in the market for something more.
A lot of employers, he found, wanted to provide a suite of benefits for their people, but didn't know the best ways to do it.
"I saw a lot of so-called 'executive benefit plans' that weren't really delivering as promised. or were grossly under-performing", he says. "So we built a better mousetrap...with a team."
